Purchase Agreement for The $99 Voice Guy Services:

This Purchase Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the client ("Client") and The $99 Voice Guy ("Service Provider") as of the date of purchase.

 

1. Scope of Services:

The Client agrees to purchase voice services from The $99 Voice Guy as specified in the production order.

 

2. Payment:

The Client shall make payment in full before the commencement of any production work. Payment shall be made through the accepted payment methods specified by The $99 Voice Guy on the website order form.

 

3. Production Time:

Standard production time for voice services is 72 hours or 3 business days. Rush production is available at an additional 25% fee of the base service cost and will be delivered within 24 hours or 1 business day.

 

4. Production Commencement:

Production time begins on the following business day for orders received after 5 pm PST on Friday. Orders received after this time will be considered received on the next working business day, excluding major holidays.

 

5. Non-Exclusive Rights:

The voice and production recordings provided are not market-exclusive, and The $99 Voice Guy retains the right to use, reproduce, edit, and sell them to other clients.

 

6. Usage Rights:

The Client is granted non-exclusive, non-transferable rights to use the voice recordings as outlined in the production order.

 

7. Competitor Purchases:

The Client acknowledges that a direct competitor may also purchase services from The $99 Voice Guy, as our services are not market or client-exclusive. Options for market-exclusive imaging and production services are available upon request.

 

8. Revisions:

Basic revisions due to changes initiated by the Client are limited to one (1) at no charge. Additional changes beyond the first free revision will be charged at the same full rate and considered a new production order.                    Corrections made due to a production error on The $99 Voice Guy's part will be provided free of charge.

 

9. Rush Production:

The Client may opt for rush production at an additional cost of 25% of the base service fee. Rush productions will be delivered within 24 hours or 1 business day.

 

10. Confidentiality:

Both parties agree to keep project-related information, copy, scripts, and communication confidential.

 

11. Cancellation and Refunds:

Refunds may be issued for cancellations made before delivery, based on the work completed. No refunds will be provided after delivery.

 

12. Indemnification:

The Client agrees to indemnify The $99 Voice Guy from any claims arising from the use or misuse of the voice recordings.

 

13. Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the jurisdiction of Nevada, of which

The $99 Voice Guy operates.

 

14. Amendments:

The $99 Voice Guy reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of services implies acceptance of the revised terms.

 

By completing the purchase, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Purchase Agreement.
